On December 29th, 2009, Richard W. Melton announced to his staff that a new ownership team has acquired the assets of Partz Network, and effective January 1, 2010, Robert J. Melton, John J. Melton and Christopher Robles take ownership and control of these assets and the new firm, Partz Logistics, will continue to do business as Partz Network.

Robert J. Melton and John J. Melton are both active Directors of Melton Sales & Service, Inc, which is a related remanufacturing firm with over 60-years experience in diesel engines, drive train components, generator sets and a full spectrum of ground support equipment predominantly servicing the requirements of the US Military.  Christopher Robles is the operations manager for Melton Sales & Service, Inc.  Partz Network, provides industrial parts and specialized services to the military, commercial and fleet markets on a global platform. 

Partz Logistics, will become the new operating entity owned by this new group effective January 1, 2010, and business will continue as usual, DBA Partz Network with the same personnel, same location and same great service.  Richard W. Melton, who originally formed Partz Network in 2003 and was actively CEO/Principal, will continue to offer daily vital support over the next several months so as to provide their valued customers and suppliers with uninterrupted professional service.
