Remanufactured engine limited warranty:
Manufacturer warrants each remanufactured complete engine to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from date of delivery.

The obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing any parts returned, and which upon inspection is disclosed to the company’s satisfaction to have been defective in workmanship and material.

During the first full year of service, from the date of delivery to the first purchaser, manufacturer will pay the cost of labor (per manufacturer’s labor rates); travel time and mileage (based on manufacturer’s standards) repair any engine or replace any parts found to be defective by manufacturer. Service supplies such as coolant, oil and filters that are not reusable due to a warrantable repair are covered. Manufacturer reserves the right to supply such parts as it deems necessary.

A warranty claim must be filed to receive any approved compensation; manufacturer will not accept any invoice without a completed warranty claim form.

Manufacturer is not responsible for failures resulting from normal wear, operator abuse, application abuse, operation without adequate fuel, coolant, lubricant, over fueling, over speeding, lack of maintenance of cooling, lubrication and air intake system, improper storage, warm up, run in or shutdown practices.

Engine “break-in” or adjustment during installation is the responsibility of the dealer. No reimbursement is allowed for replacement rental or down time. At no time will warranty reimbursement be made without prior approval of manufacturer, a proof of purchase and serial number of engine in question. Any claim submitted thirty (30) days after repair is subject to rejection. At no time will compensation exceed fifty (50) percent of the purchase price of the engine. Warranty claims will not be considered until the engine has been paid in full. Oil leaks are not covered by warranty after 30 days, water pumps are not covered after ninety (90) days. This specific warranty policy is subject to change without notice.
